DMB’s pledge is to deliver the project with minimal inconvenience to the surrounding area. We have established several forms of communication to provide current information on the construction activities. Those are:
- A “Construction Concerns” phone number has been established which will allow communication with a “live person.” The number is 602-390-4276.
- www.onescottsdaleproject.com will remain operational throughout the duration of construction, providing the most updated information on construction activities.
- The property will be posted with a sign relative to the environmental matters associated with construction activities and contact information for the same.

Program Manager
Kitchell Contractors, a firm which has a long standing relationship with DMB, will act as the program manager for project. As program manager, Kitchell Contractors will oversee the construction and coordinate the activities of the general contractors and sub-contractors. Contact Joe Larson at 480-778-0600.
Work Hours
As directed by the City of Scottsdale; 1/2 hour before daylight to 1/2 hour after sunset. Potentially some select Saturdays.
Haul Route
West down Thompson Peak Parkway, South on Scottsdale Rd. to the 101 Freeway; return via the reverse route.
Dirt/Dust Mitigation
Kitchell Environmental Services is currently, and will be, performing dust mitigation, mud track-out prevention, and storm water pollution prevention in accordance with Maricopa County Ordinances. Maricopa County observes this activity for compliance.
Environmental Measures
All construction debris will be segregated and recycled.
