Comprising approximately 120 acres located at the northeast corner of Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 freeway and extending north to Thompson Peak Parkway, One Scottsdale is located in one of the most affluent communities in the nation. It will encompass an array of high-fashion retail shops and upscale restaurants, boutique hotel rooms, office space and a diversity of residential housing.
One Scottsdale is presently entitled for:
- 1.8 million square feet of retail and commercial office space
- 400 resort and boutique class hotel rooms
- 1,100 mixed-use residential units
